Work & Christmas

Something that I discovered this Christmas, working at a corporate office, is that all people send you is treats, treats, and more treats!!!

Here are all of the treats that we got! They still aren't all gone haha
The two other wonderful women that I work with! Tina is on the left and Dru is on the right. I am so grateful for both of them!

Puppy/Doggy Shopping Anyone?? :D

So the other day at work I was having a kind of bad day and I just had this thought... I really want a puppy!! So I started browsing online for fun and pretty soon I had decided that I was going to go to the animal shelter and the pet store after work! There were a few cute dogs at the pound but most of them were too big to have in my tiny house and tiny yard. And then I went to the pet store and they had a bunch of ADORABLE puppies!! But a puppy would be a lot of work to train and clean up after... especially when we are all in school and working. I know... I know... you must be thinking well if you area ll in school and working then what are you going to do with the dog all day. I havent figured that out yet... So I went home after seeing all of these wonderful dogs and talked to my roommates about how they would feel if we got a puppy/dog. They were both on board and rreally excited! We decided to go back the next day and look at them all! Unfortunately Makenxie got sick and couldn't come... but I guess that just means we will have to go again so she can see them as well! Here are pictures of the two smallest dog we found at the pound, both of which I really like, and then the PUPPIES!!!

 She is a sweet fluffball!
He is a blue heeler mix but is smaller and is 3 so he won't get any bigger. He was super shy at first but then slowly started to warm up and is a very cuddly sweet dog!
UGH!!! I desperately wanted to bring him home!!! But he would grow to be 60 pounds at least and he would not fit in our house haha. Darn it!
These are called Terri-poos... so a terrier and a poodle?? They are only 8 weeks old but are so cute!!

So after looking at the puppies we (Colin, Jaleyna, and I) decided to walk around the store and look at the fish and things... we got to this take that said "pay 50 cents to watch Harry eat a goldfish." So I got 50 cents out of my wallet and decided to see how it would turn out...

It's really hard to see his face... but he is smiling at you and has a long pointy nose... see it yet? Yeah, creepy right? I'm trying to figure out how to put the video I have of him eating the fish on here. As soon as I do you should watch it! It's crazy! haha

Double Date!

Last week Colin and I went on a double date with Ann and Adam Greer! I love them both! We had so much fun that we are doing another one tonight!!
For the date last week we went bowling!! It was actually really fun! We played 2 games total and everyone bowled left-handed so that I wasn't at a severe disadvantage. The first game we bowled a "normal" game and for our second game we bowled a funky game, where each round we did something different i.e. granny "toss", through your own legs, through your partners legs (which are the pictures you see below. :) It was so wonderful!

The score after our "normal" game

Adam and Ann's "through your partners legs"

 I hit 9 down... left-handed through Colin's legs!

He was standing there shaking his bum with the music so Ann took a picture lol

The scores after our funky game. I love that our average score is higher on this game! Normally it's vice versa! hahaha
Ann and Adam! Love them!
