So on the 13th of this month I got into a car accident and totalled my car. My boyfriend Colin was driving and his bestfriend Brad and his girlfriend Jessi were in the back. It was completely the other person's fault and everyone was safe! I am grateful that Colin was driving because I probably would've hurt my wrist again if I had been driving. Insurance is a wonderful thing! So here are the pictures we got from the police station that they had taken.

You are lucky! Anyway, did you guys able to ask for the other driver’s information for future legal references? It would help a lot if you ask for a personal injury lawyer, if in any case any of you obtained injuries from the accident. You may have obtained aftershock injuries from this accident.

Woah! That was a terrible car wreck, Kathryn. It’s good to hear that your insurance company compensated you for your car and the people involved at the accident weren’t badly hurt. I know we don’t want this to happen again, but I hope you can still receive the just compensation from the one responsible for the accident. If you know of somebody who’s been or being deprived of the compensation that they deserve, you can seek professional help and tell them to go after their benefits in a legal manner.
